Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
Trinet is used by finance to process the bi-weekly payroll and monthly commissions, as well as quarterly and annual bonus payrolls. Additionally, we use it for benefits - health, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K).
- Easily process payrolls
- Quick add/termination of employees as well as updates to existing employees
- Simple connection to benefit providers and renewal process
- Very rigid. I realize Trinet is working with many companies but there could be some more options in terms of certain items - ability to have different start dates for benefits based on start date, first of following month etc.
- More benefit providers in some states.
- Price on administrative fees.
- Positive impact on bottom line to both company and the employee in relation to benefit costs
- Employees have the ability to choose the best fit for benefits
- Self service option on all items frees up administrative time and paperwork
The costs related to benefits are not comparable. Other providers that I have checked come in at a higher price.
