Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
TriNet provides a user-friendly platform for payroll and benefits management. The online access is user-friendly for me as the employer and for my employees. TriNet also provides the human resource piece that our small company would otherwise struggle with. We rely fully on TriNet to provide our company's full HR and payroll system.
- The customer service is excellent. Everyone that I have spoken with at TriNet is helpful and answers my question or directs me to the correct person.
- TriNet is reliable. We count on TriNet to make sure payroll tax deposits are made, quarterly reports are filed and year end is handled. We have not been disappointed.
- TriNet offers a full range of benefit choices for our employees. We especially appreciate this, as we are a small business and group benefits are difficult, if not impossible to find given that scenario.
- I would like to see reporting improved. When our TriNet representative sends me reports, they are in a much nicer format than what I can print. I can get the information I need from my online access, but it is much more archaic in its format.
- TriNet provides a complete platform for payroll, benefits, and HR for our business. This greatly reduces the amount of time spent on these tasks in-house. We rely on TriNet for compliance and reporting.
TriNet customer service ranks higher in my opinion. When we used ADP TotalSource, questions were not always answered timely. I believe TriNet provides the feel of providing more individualized service.
