Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
The Finance/Accounting and HR department use Trinet for payroll and expense reporting purposes.
- Payroll entry is user friendly
- Expense module is easy to use and we are able to easily pull expense reports into payroll
- Access to a wide variety of reports
- Lacking in regards to user ability to edit payroll - i.e. when an employee is terminated
- Expense report function reports do not function properly - not pulling everything
- Get locked out of payroll when editing a lot and then it takes forever to get it back
- Access to a wider variety of benefits at a reasonable cost to both employer and employee
- Consolidated employee onboarding to one location
- Save HR employees time on admin tasks
