Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Our first account rep would without fail take an entire day to get back to us for any question sent to her. Seemed unreasonable to have to wait that long.
The Finance/Accounting and HR department use Trinet for payroll and expense reporting purposes.
  • Payroll entry is user friendly
  • Expense module is easy to use and we are able to easily pull expense reports into payroll
  • Access to a wide variety of reports
  • Lacking in regards to user ability to edit payroll - i.e. when an employee is terminated
  • Expense report function reports do not function properly - not pulling everything
  • Get locked out of payroll when editing a lot and then it takes forever to get it back
  • Access to a wider variety of benefits at a reasonable cost to both employer and employee
  • Consolidated employee onboarding to one location
  • Save HR employees time on admin tasks
Good for small businesses that need access to health benefits for their employees that would otherwise be cost prohibitive.
