Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Excellent customer service. Only thing that could make it better is if Human Capital Consultants were on call, just like the Client Services Associates or Trinet Solutions Center representatives
It's being used in the U.S. where we have approximately 85 employees. It's very helpful in payroll, managing time off, benefits, and even addressing ER challenges.

Human Capital Consulting to address ER challenges. I particularly like how there are individualized sessions where an HR expert can provide advice on how to address a problem. Trinet is less appropriate when it comes to talent acquisition or performance management. We currently have our own internal systems for that already.
