We have had several complex scenarios related to employees that TriNet has helped us solve given their breadth of experience.
We use TriNet as a total HR outsourcing solution.

  • Implementation of a total benefits plan.
  • Background Checks.
  • Staff Scheduling.
  • TriNet has effectively managed PTO and accrued PTO, significantly helping our employees gain benefit visibility.
TriNet is a more complete and integrated product solution. It is modestly more expensive, but worth it,
TriNet is particularly well-suited for small-sized companies looking to offer competitive total benefits packages. Further, small companies may find it difficult to comply with all state and federal regulatory changes and requirements, TriNet is excellent in this area.
