Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

I have dealt significantly with Karen Beck and Nina Golden who have been extremely helpful in meeting our business needs and resolving our queries.
Being a U.K. based company, the Trinet platform helps us to understand the complexity around US federal and state taxes. It is only used for the team based in the US.

Pros

  • Providing updates on the changing US tax regime
  • Very helpful customer representatives who provide business efficient solutions

Cons

  • Clarity on the holding of client deposits
  • Improved Payroll accuracy
It's not been easy to compare how competitive Trinet is with other providers in the US. Maybe Trinet can provide some communication.
