Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We have almost always had great support from the CS team.
We use Trinet for all of our personnel issues. Trinet takes care of payroll, healthcare, and retirement.

Pros

  • Payroll is seamless
  • We are able to consult with them on any and all employee issues
  • Trinet is like having a parent company watching out for you

Cons

  • Not really aware of any issues to discuss
  • As stated we are a small company, Trinet gives our employees the feeling that they are being taken care of in areas that are very important and that are easily forgotten in the busy lifestyle of a small business executive.
it was so long ago I don't remember the name, but we moved to Trinet to improve our capabilities for our employees. That goal has been met.
We are a small company that can't afford an HR person. TriNet gives our employees the ability to quickly get answers to questions on payroll deductions, healthcare and retirement savings.
