Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
I've been thrilled with how responsive customer support is. They always get back to me right away.
It is used across our entire organization. It solves our issues with benefits and payroll.
- Makes payroll easy
- Makes benefits easy
- Allows us to offer a nice selection of benefits
- The dashboard is challenging to use - it's possible there is a new dashboard coming. Also - I know there is a ton of functionality included which makes it very hard to have a simple dashboard.
- It can be confusing which of my account representatives I should go to with particular problems. It might be good to have one person to go to for everything and that person then routes my question/request to the right place.
- TriNet makes it easy for me to do payroll and benefits without having to worry that things might get messed up.
I used a boutique firm in the past and it was a catastrophe. I'm super happy to be with TriNet and recommend them to lots of companies.
