Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
My company uses TriNet to manage our HR, payroll, benefits and employee data (including managing PTO & sick days). As a small and new business, TriNet has saved us from sourcing various providers and as a result it is more appealing to potential company hires.
Pros
- Automation: I know that my payroll is set and I get reminders, which is extremely helpful
- PTO: It makes it very easy to manage employees time off
- Employee Setup: This process is straightforward and make it managing employee docs/paperwork seamless
Cons
- Interface: The overall interface can sometimes be a little too complex especially in the report section when I need to pull reports for our bookkeeper and/or accountant
- HR answers: This has been frustrating at times as getting responses on time sensitive matters have taken longer than expected.
- Employee Handbook: It would be great to be able to upload our own company addendum to the TriNet handbook.
- Save time: TriNet has allowed me to focus on building a business with the support/knowledge that we are providing our employees with the proper tools, benefits and support.
- Compliance: TriNet has made sure we have handled terminations in the right fashion and making sure we as the employer was protected
- Paperwork: TriNet streamlines the onboardng process
