Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Trinet is very responsive and they are helpful. The technology platform is not very intuitive.
TriNet is used as our payroll service provider. We have outsourced our HR services to Trinet.

Pros

  • Payroll services work well
  • Better healthcare options than other firms
  • Customer service is immediate

Cons

  • The online portal is not very intuitive
  • Provide affordable health insurance
Trinet had the best healthcare plan offering.
Startups without a defined HR department should use Trinet. Companies over 50 people should not.
