Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Service is excellent, fast and efficient. Don't have much to say which is a positive.
We use it for health benefits, HR compliance and payroll for the whole company. Outsourcing these functions to Trinet combines 3 vendors in one.

Pros

  • Dramatically simplified our payroll services
  • Provided health insurance benefits at extremely affordable rates
  • Provides assurance that we are compliant with state employee HR requirements

Cons

  • The login application feels old and is not intuitive, look forward to the updated version.
  • As a small business, we dont have time to worry about HR compliance, Trinet assumes the compliance for us.
  • Payroll management couldn't be easier. I spend only a few minutes a week to manage payroll, great service.
  • We provide our employees health insurance much sooner in the life of our company than we had ever expected. Provides us a huge competitive recruiting advantage.
Trinet came highly recommended from trusted peers, we did very little comparison shopping as the rates fit our budget.
For businesses under 10 employees like ours, we received the cost benefits and services that would in the past had only been available to much larger companies. We also received benefits sooner than expected with the launch of our new company.
