Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Stewart Clayton and Liz Brashears have always been available and helpful. They go above and beyond with their customer service to fulfill my needs.
We are currently using TriNet as our payroll and benefits systems. I manage the payroll, new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, etc. Employees are able to select benefits and utilize the other features/offers TriNet provides as well.

Pros

  • TriNet is a wonderful solution for a small company that is just starting out. It is very easy to implement and use. TriNet does the heavy lifting for the HR staff.
  • TriNet takes care of all the compliance aspects related to Workers Comp Insurance.
  • TriNet has been very helpful during our first year of operation. It has allowed us to operate with only one HR manager to handle all the growing needs of our company.
It is well suited for the small, up and coming businesses/companies, and probably less suited for large organizations.
