Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
Trinet is being used by our US HR & Finance team in regards to administering payroll and health benefits. It offers a health insurance scheme that is more affordable as we're a small company. It also provides legal expertise and support for termination decisions and related documents - this has been very helpful.
Pros
- We benefit by being able to receive discounted health insurance schemes that are more affordable and provide wider coverage as we're a small company.
- Trinet provides legal expertise and support for termination decisions and related documents - this has been very helpful.
Cons
- The level of customer service varies between reps, therefore, consistency in delivering high customer service would be appreciated. One rep we had before was very responsive, but she's been replaced by someone who takes a long time to respond to things.
- We were able to afford Trinet's services due to a heavy discount we received the first 2 years of our contract, but once this has expired, it's going to be very difficult for us and we may need to evaluate moving to a less expensive vendor (like Namely or someone else).
- Trinet has helped the company stay within HR compliance
- It has improved payroll accuracy, tracking and reporting
- It has reduced the time HR & Finance spent on payroll and benefits administration
