Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We are using TriNet for our entire company. It handles all our payroll requirements and benefits. We utilize the payroll module, direct payment, health insurance, dental insurance, eye insurance, life insurance, disability and transit pay deductions. The administration is fairly easy and comprehensive. The benefits are fairly extensive and include coverage we did not have before moving to a PEO.
Pros
- Payroll administration - it is easy to use
- Transit deductions - easy to apply and to obtain reimbursement
- Health benefits - wide range of options to meet the needs of our employees
Cons
- Increasing the time for payroll processing to a day and a half which would allow less stress in processing payroll on a timely basis.
- Benefits should be presented by demographics to make it more efficient for the selection process.
- Trinet has improved our payroll accuracy.
- Trinet has provide health benefits we did not have previously.
- Trinet has dispensed with paper payroll reports and pay checks.
