Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Our company reps are typically on call for any questions or concerns within an immediate attention, but there have been several occurrences where I have waited for a response for several days.
Our company uses TriNet across the whole organization. We allow employees access to their benefits, earnings statements, savings plan enrollments, etc.

Pros

  • TriNet representatives answer any questions or concerns thoroughly and within a timely manner.
  • I love the tool that allows me to calculate my salary! This helps me manage my finances.
  • TriNet offers amazing information session webinars that I attend to daily.
  • I appreciate the email reminder alerts about payroll and an changes needed before payroll gets processed.

Cons

  • Though representative answer questions thoroughly and within a timely manner, there have been times where I don't get a response for several business days. This gets frustrating.
  • I mentioned enjoying the salary calculator, but there once seemed to be a bug affecting its usage and I had no indication of this. I thought it was simply just broken forever.
  • I would like to create my own username and login. The privacy protection is great, but it is a lengthy process.
  • Reduced time on HR administrative tasks
  • Incorporate HR knowledge cross functionally
  • Offer teaching sessions for specific HR topics
I have never used anything else other than TriNet.
Our company uses TriNet because we do not have a well-established HR department. This is something you would never know because of how great TriNet provides any and all HR related information. They are extremely reliable and dependable when it comes to everything HR. I really do not have much to say that is negative.
