Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Very responsive and have most of the answers that I need within a reasonable amount of time.
The new website has glitches that I need to contact someone to find a work around for. That is frustrating.
We are using TriNet throughout our entire organization. It allows HR, payroll, and benefits to be outsourced.

Pros

  • Responsiveness is great. My contact gets back to me very quickly.
  • The add-ons that they provided to us as well as the training is great.
  • The employees have indicated that the Solution Center is very helpful.

Cons

  • The new website has had a good amount of glitches. I have been kicked off multiple times, needed to find out how to work around it
  • While I understand why there are certain limitations, it is frustrating to not be able to perform certain tasks myself. We sometimes pay a full time employee for a partial month when they first start and I cannot set it up myself.
  • TriNet allowed me to take on more responsibilities since I did not have to worry about payroll or benefits.
  • Paychex Peo
Our CFO made the final decision. I was happy with both platforms. However, using TriNet, I feel that it was a better fit for us.
Overall I am happy with TriNet. As I mention in the review, there are some things that make me less than thrilled.
