Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

They have been very helpful. In the past, we sometimes had to wait a while for answers, but I think that's better now.
New website is very easy to use.
Across the whole organization, to take care of payroll, including PTO, insurance, and assorted HR issues.

Pros

  • Easy to use website to submit payroll
  • Account executive answers questions and helps us as needed. If she's not there, there's always a backup person.
  • They always keep us updated when things are due and it's very clear.

Cons

  • The only thing that comes to mind is the cost of medical insurance which increased a lot more than I expected this past year.
  • Takes less time for our admin to handle payroll
  • No mistakes or penalties on taxes
It seems well suited for any company that wants to outsource their payroll.
