Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Every time I have a question, my rep is readily available to address concerns and offer assistance.
The previous site was dated and clunky, and the new site is a massive improvement. However, there are still some functions that are not readily obvious and require calls/emails to our support staff.
TriNet is being used for the entire organization to provide comprehensive HR, payroll, expense, and employee management.

Pros

  • Online portal is very easy to use. The site, especially after the redesign, is intuitive and presents all of the most relevant information in the most easy to access way.
  • Customer service and support has been excellent.
  • The integration of expenses with payroll has made our lives much easier. TriNet Expense is easily on par or better than other expense management systems that are available.

Cons

  • The website redesign has made navigation easier, but some of the features are now more difficult to find.
  • Streamlined payroll and expense reimbursement
  • Maintains HR compliance
  • Reduces time we spend on HR tasks
For very small companies with no internal HR resources, TriNet is an invaluable tool to enable them to operate as if they were more established companies. With no previous HR/Operations experience, it becomes very easy to manage those functions with TriNet.
