Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

All reps we've had have been very knowledgeable or quick to find answers if they don't know. Always quick to respond to emails. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to operate.
TriNet is much easier to operate compared to our previous HR's online platform, fully functional with helpful customer service.
TriNet is used in our entire organization for payroll and benefits. It's a small company, but having everything digital and accessible online is a huge bonus. We're an offshoot of another company with the same owner.

Pros

  • App & Online access for all things - great in a digitized, on-the-go world.
  • Dedicated account managers with first-hand knowledge of business practices.
  • Large number of helpful tools for use by managing staff

Cons

  • HR Passport in beta was a bit wonky and would log out in the middle of activities. Seems much better out of beta.
  • Minimized the time spent on daily/weekly administration.
  • Onboarding process is now much easier and streamlined.
Great for small to large business models. Takes out the stressful HR element for small business owners.
