Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet as a PEO for our US employees. The TriNet team handles all payroll issues for us and provides HR advice and assistance whenever we need it. We have employees in several different states and TriNet handles that with ease.
- TriNet's onboarding process is straightforward and very well managed. We were informed in advance about every step, received materials to help us prepare for the input we need to provide and a TriNet specialist was there every step of the way providing detailed guidance and instructions. I have had a much different experience with another PEO, so I really appreciated the extra organizational effort TriNet has put into their onboarding.
- TriNet's online system (HR passport) saves time and effort for us and for our employees. As an IT company, we love doing everything online, even if our relationship manager is always a phone call/email away. HR Passport makes that possible for us. TriNet keeps improving it and adding features, so we can handle most payroll issues with just a few clicks.

All my inquiries and issues are resolved quickly and I always feel as an important customer, even though we only manage a small number of employees through them.
