Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet for all our employees. As a small company that was entering a multi-year wind-down phase, it was not practical to maintain payroll and employee benefits ourselves for a small team in multiple locations
Pros
- All payroll and HR compliance matters
- Full suite of employee benefits available
- We still maintain complete control over employment and compensation decisions
Cons
- Sometimes it is difficult to know how to enter/submit one-off payroll changes.
- Make personnel administration manageable.
