TriNet Has All Our HR Needs
Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
TriNet is used across our whole organization for payroll and employee benefit management. Effectively all HR related matters are handled by TriNet.
Pros
- Online access to information is the most critical part of the offering by TriNet. Management and employees can access any HR related information needed by visiting HRPassport without any need to contact anyone at our company.
- Ease of adding and terminating employees and the seamless and effective process for the new hires to provide their information and select their benefits.
- Access to multiple options for medical and dental coverage is greatly appreciated by our employees.
Cons
- Response to questions raised via email is at times delayed leaving us wondering if anyone is reviewing the question or request. It would be great if TriNet personnel provide some feedback or status on how they may be dealing with the request.
- At times TriNet reports are modified by TriNet without notice. On a couple of occasions, the cause has been bugs that have got corrected. Getting some notice of a change would help in planning remedies on our side.
- This may exist already but I haven't been able to save any of the reports that I modify after every payroll.
- Reduced time to deal with HR related activities
- Removed the need to search for insurance companies
- Reduced errors in tracking employee benefits
- Insperity and ADP
Ease of use of the platform, comprehensive offering, and price were factors in our selecting TriNet. TriNet was better than the other two in all three categories.
