Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Our contact person is very helpful and always there for me. I would give her 11 points, if that was possible.
Updates often during Finnish business hours, which makes the usage difficult in Finland.
We are a Finnish company, based in Finland. We use Trinet for our US employees, mainly for HR purposes, such as payroll handling and vacation calculations.

Pros

  • Our contact person at Trinet is hands-down the best ever, and the main reason for my satisfaction. She answers promptly and is there always for me, also for silly questions.
  • Clear and easy-to-use platform

Cons

  • From a Finnish point-of-view, Trinet has the updates running always, when I would like to use the platform. So I can sometimes use it first at the end of my working day.
  • Improvements in payroll process and accuracy
  • HR compliance support
We are using them both at the same time, for different purposes. CakeHR mainly for HR purposes and Trinet for payroll purposes.
