Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
Trinet is used across our whole organization. It has facilitated secure record keeping, communications/reminders to employees and benefits enrollments such as healthcare and retirement savings.
- Trinet's reporting tools are really easy to use.
- SSO is available for integrated providers.
- Customized reporting is available which is a plus for companies utilizing enterprise resource planning software programs.
- I cannot think of any, Trinet is a great software but not only that their staff is extremely helpful whenever you might have a question.
- Positively impacted our human resource compliance in all categories.
- Highly accurate with payroll reporting (i.e. tax deductions, benefits deductions)
I did not like the employee reps with Paychex. They were slow to respond to questions. Additionally, they were lacking accuracy which caused the company the need to run off-cycle payrolls to correct issues.
