Support Rating

The personal contact is great - - emails are returned promptly and problems are solved. The technology is horrendous - - it is being dumbed down. I do not need huge graphics and pictures; this is only intuitive to the millennial generation and below.

Usability

See answer to prior question the new platform is horrendous - - it is not user-friendly except to my ten year old.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is being used by the organization and we became customers to solve the ACA cost problem. It is really only used to manage healthcare benefits and payroll.

Pros and Cons

Customer Service, I always have an answer right away.

Costs are high and there should be some sort of scale based on the use of the service.
Additionally, we were under the impression that our healthcare benefits were being rated based on all of TriNet's employees, after year one we learned that was not the case at all we were being rated as the group of four that subscribe to to healthcare.

Reduces payroll tracking and time
Reduces time managing health benefits

Likelihood to Recommend

TriNet is well suited if you do not want to deal with payroll or a payroll service and you are looking for a good healthcare solution. It is not suited to a large company with more than 100 employees where HR infrastructure exists.
