Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Excellent. I frequently reach out to my reps. to confirm understanding, make last minute changes occasionally, ask clarifying questions. Their staff are great.
Easy to use, pre and post upgrade.
TriNet is our HR service provider. From basic payroll processing to certain tax and compliance advisory, their client service team is responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.
  • Courteous, responsive, and professional in their communication and relationship management.
  • Knowledgeable and current in the HR and benefits realm.
  • The platform is generally easy to use. At peak times during payroll runs, their system reporting can run slow.
  • Payroll processing is fairly quick on their platform (aside from system latency during peak payroll run times)
