For the most part, it has been quite good in terms of response time, understanding the issue and resolution.

I find it quite easy to use.

We use TriNet for payroll and benefits across the whole organization.

They fixed the area I had the most complaints with which was reporting. It was dreadful, but in recent months have really improved this.

Great for a small company in need of a good benefits package. The monthly fees are quite pricey for a small company. That's the trade-off.
