Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Our Company Ping Things, Inc. (as whole) uses Trinet exclusively for Payroll and HR needs.
  • Excellent Customer Services.
  • Reasonable Rates.
  • Need a more functional website. I tried entering a new hire on the website but something online did not work properly.
As I indicated earlier, best customer service. In any situation, I receive a response within 24 hours.
Intuitive Design / Ease of Learning / Efficiency of use.
  • Payroll tool is user friendly, reliable and accurate.
  • Customer Service is exceptional.
  • Would like to see the REPORTING function be improved.
Received full cooperation from a Customer Services specialist on new hire process. They walked us through from the beginning to the end of the process. Truly appreciated.
