Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is being used as our payroll solution for our US entity.
It is used in the HR and Finance departments.

Pros

  • An excellent Compensation & Benefits advisory.
  • An excellent payroll operation.
  • Good employee -facing service.

Cons

  • Still need to improve the platform.
  • Improve the contact with employees.
Always professional.
Always available.
Flexible as much as possible.
The platform still needs to be improved.
