Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet for all our payroll, commission, bonuses, benefits, and employee taxes.

Pros

  • Very responsive customer service
  • Very intuitive platform
  • Competitively priced

Cons

  • Accessing reports can be a bit slow. It takes a good 10 - 20 seconds when running payroll register.
Every time I contact TriNet I get an email and/or call within an hour. Always helpful and knowledgeable.
Extremely intuitive.
  • Saves a lot of time on the payroll and benefits processing side and takes all the aggravation around employee/employer payroll taxes/deductions away from the company.
Best company I have used. Used ADP, Ambrose, and other services. this is the best.
For any company looking for an easy to use, all inclusive HR platform
