Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

From implementation to exit, we've been able to utilize TriNet for clients. The underlying feature is ease of use and customer service. Clients appreciate the applicability of the TriNet platform for all C-level reporting.

The team of customer support is top-shelf.
The system is HUGE - and getting reports are a bit clunky.
  • We've enjoyed all the offerings that TriNet has and also, been let down by the gaps in REAL-PERSON HR services delivery.

The best match for TriNet is a well-funded company that can absorb the extra cost of utilizing the platform.
