Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet for Payroll and HR services. We are a small company in terms of people. The whole company uses TriNet and we wanted a simple solution.
  • Payroll tends to be seamless and automatic.
  • The onboarding of new employees is an easy process.
  • TriNet's website is organized.
  • Reporting should be easier.
  • Integration with Quickbooks should be better.
  • There need to be more options for medical benefits and better savings.
I have a dedicated person that helps. The response is ok.
TriNet has made payroll and onboarding new employees easy. It is a good option for small companies that do not have dedicated HR departments. It helps with a lot of the administrative hassle. TriNet is useful for someone like me who wears many hats.

  • Trinet needs better integration with other systems.
I can only speak from experience. TriNet is well suited for a small company that does not have a dedicated HR professional and wants to have payroll run smoothly.
