Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet across our entire organization. Our primary functions are for payroll and managing our employee's time off and organizational holidays.
  • Prompt and friendly customer service.
  • TriNet website was in beta mode for almost a year! Made it tricky to use.
Our payroll representative, Marlene Steiger, is always there to help us with any sort of question! She is extremely helpful, friendly, and responds to all inquiries right away! We really appreciate it.
The payroll submission screens are always a little messy to keep track of when you have multiple pay groups. Would recommend this having a layout change so that it's easier to navigate.
  • Positive: Staying within HR compliance, particularly in the state of MA.
  • Positive: Reducing time on HR admin tasks.
  • Negative: Really hard time tracking approval workflows. Approvers don't always receive notifications to approve.
As a small company, TriNet is very helpful to us for managing our payroll and employee benefits.
