Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet for all HR and payroll operations, as well as take advantage of their health insurance offerings.
- Provide inexpensive insurance benefits.
- Their online platform to process PR is simple and easy to use.
- General discontent for clients.
- Primary points of contacts (client success partners are what they are called) are completely clueless and have zero HR experience.
- Due to the fact above, many times provide incorrect information which in some cases can lead to legal issues.
- Negative impact, what should be a very mundane task, take too much of my time and energy.
- Has cost more money due to incorrect information for HR issues.
- Fees are very, very high, and they will nickel and dime you on every single item there is to bill for. You MUST read the fine print of the contract, on the service fees look comparable until you start to work with them.
