Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Employees can view most anything from their own payroll to benefits. It is, for the most part, easy for them to access and keep up with PTO or to change things such as marital status.
  • Managing employees by department or location is easy.
  • Changing employee from one job to another takes less time.
  • Finding employee pay history or time off is also a great benefit.
  • The only thing I would say is a little more detailed training videos for management to access so they can learn even more about the benefits of using TriNet.
I had an employee who filled out the I-9 wrong but submitted it. I used the chat feature on a Saturday and got everything changed so she could redo it first thing Monday morning. The Chat service is great during off-hours and the customer service is fantastic during working hours.
A bit tricky to use some features unless you have the time to either review video training or know someone else who can assist you. But for basic features, it is very easy to use.
  • When we first got with TriNet our PTO time was a total mess. It took close to a year for everything to get straightened out. I still think some times were off but we settled and moved on.
TriNet is pretty easy to use. There are some things I have not yet utilized and look forward to doing so. Working with new hires on TriNet has made things much easier and everything is in one place from the forms to I-9s. I have had to change marital status and pay raises here and it was tricky the first time but once you use it, it is a breeze.
