Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use it for purchasing and managing health benefits for the whole organization.

Pros

  • Customer Service
  • Rapid response time
  • Website information is well done

Cons

  • Yearly sign-ups and renewals could be a bit more user-friendly.
  • For a very small business such as ours, the administrative costs are high.
Response time has always been prompt and informative. Any issue have been quickly resolved.
Overall, pretty good. Sometimes using the website can be tricky.
  • Health benefit choices that are otherwise unattainable.
Access to varied health benefit plans that would not be accessible otherwise.
