Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet as our provider for HR, benefits, 401K and payroll.
  • Payroll service through TriNet are a breeze.
  • Our HR consultant Nancy Sindi is a great supporter and trusted adviser.
  • The platform for employees signing up for benefits is trouble free for us as a company.
  • I enjoy phone conversations working through questions and issues, there are times we have been referred to the online system to root out solutions on our own. As a service company we understand personal contact and never direct our customers to figure something out on their own.
We are crazy about our HR person Nancy Sindi.
We seldom have an issue using the system.
  • I believe having a good compensation package is critical in recruiting employees and in retention. TriNet affords us the comp package we need in our market.
