Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

It is used across the organization to process payroll and oversee HR issues.

Pros

  • They are proactive when it comes to updating us on revisions with new HR laws on a state and Federal level.
  • Our rep, Cheryl Rumbaskas is ALWAYS accessible and very responsive.
  • The mobile app is a tremendous convenience.
  • Reports can be generated quite easily

Cons

  • First time users have reported problems logging in.
  • The I-9 approval link is hard to find sometimes.
  • When setting up a new hire, I have hit the save button (as opposed to "submit") but the information I entered was NOT saved and I had to start the process from the beginning.
I have been using TriNet for over 6 years and this glowing review is primarily driven by the rep who services our account. We feel as if Cheryl is an extension of our company in terms of the caring, professionalism and breath of knowledge she has about HR matters and her dedication to solving any issues we have and going out of her way to keep us happy makes us very satisfied customers..
I would give it a 10, but due to some issues I have had with the portal in terms of adding new hires and initial difficulty navigating the the I-9 approval page from the dashboard, I give it a 9.
  • 401(K) management is done seamlessly.
  • Payroll review for accuracy.
  • One stop shopping for company benefits; the portal centralizes insurance benefits, claim forms, wage works, retirement plans.
I cannot think of instances when it is not well suited; as an HR admin, the support I have from TriNet for processing payroll, handling new hires and terminations, as well as other HR issues has been invaluable.
