Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use it as our payroll and benefits solution across the whole organization. This was previously done internally. Our employees are enjoying having one-stop access to their benefits, payroll and 401k. As owners of the company, we use the admin portal on a regular basis for seamless HR functionality.

Every time I deal with customer service they are extremely helpful. Whether it's over email or the phone, the responses are quick. We have a dedicated rep, which is great. When that rep is out of the office there is always a backup covering her work who responds just as quickly.
Most of the website is very useful. There are some bugs at times which keep it from a 10. The onboarding process was a bit clunky, but I'm sure they have improved it since we went through it. Employee additions. removals, pay changes, bonuses, etc. are all very easy to do.
  • After onboarding, has saved our executives a ton of time with admin tasks.
  • Automated payroll is much better than our old manual process
Great solution for for small companies. As we grow, I look forward to seeing more of the functionality put into place. The ability to delegate and provide certain access to certain individuals will be key. We are already using this functionality seamlessly with providers such as our accountants and other admin staff.
