Cons

  • Admin Access on the mobile app
There is never any delay in resolving an issue. It's one of the best things about TriNet.
If I can manage to use it, anyone can.
  • Because of TriNet, we don't need to do the "thinking" about our payroll, benefits, retirement plans, etc. They've made it effortless.
  • ADP Resource (Discontinued)
It's much more user-friendly than other PEO companies I've interfaced with.
TriNet customer service is impeccable. Jessica S. and Rosalind H. are the best!
