Great, Shiny, Helpful, but the shine fades.
Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
TriNet is our HR Platform. We use it with all HR functions, some hiring, performance and evaluation, and of course benefits and payroll.
Pros
- Platform accessibility.
- Benefit selection.
- Payroll.
- Performance and evaluation are good.
Cons
- Ownership of issues - things get passed around.
- Client reps and then no client reps and then back to client reps but they just interface opposed to solve things.
- Mistakes on TriNet's part take a long time to be fixed. Months.
- First PEO so it was awesome at first b/c we didn't have this stuff before.
- We are a better organization b/c of TriNet.
- Operations workload has decreased.
- Need more tutorials for end users (staff) FE - performance, goal setting,
The platform updated as the laws changed and we received info and support on remote work and the Cares Act tax credits and stuff like that.
I will find out.
