Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet for HR and payroll aspects.
  • Payroll.
  • Access to benefits.
  • Access to 401k.
  • Customer service.
  • Cost.
  • I-9 form.
  • Onboarding.
We always get a quick response and usually resolution to the question.
User interface for employees and managers is great.
  • HR compliance.
  • All inclusive HR and payroll system.
Good information of policies and regulations.
Cannot remember the provider my previous company used but TriNet clearly provides better support and offers more support and an easier interface for employers and employees.
Well suited for smaller companies; becomes expensive with more than 10 employees.
