Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet for Payroll and HR-related services. We are a small and growing company without enough infrastructure to support employees in HR and all of finance. TriNet is an excellent resource for handling all of our payroll and HR functions. The personnel are always responsive to our questions and provide sound advice. The portals are user-friendly. The benefit options for our employee base are expansive and competitively priced.

  • I would greatly appreciate a TriNet information sheet/download that can be provided to prospective hires that provides a summary of our benefits and other offerings.
The chat function is always reliable and provides quick responses. The portal for entering and maintaining employee information is easy to use along with the payroll processing portal.
Timely and important communications from TriNet keep us apprised of any important areas impacting our business as it relates to payroll/HR/benefits. Most everything on the portals is self-explanatory/user-friendly.
  • Based on the size of our company, TriNet is a much better use of our money than trying to hire/build out an HR department at the current time.
Minimal impact. We were mainly remote as it was, so we didn't need to change much in our HR/payroll models.
