Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use TriNet to manage our payroll, travel and entertainment expenses as well as all of our benefit programs. We have approximately 57 employees and manage payroll and benefits on our own was resource expensive and our benefit costs were extremely expensive. Going to TriNet reduced our administrative burden as well as lowered our overall benefit costs to both the company and to the employees.

- Some state and local payroll taxes require some intervention from us would be nice if they handled 100% of the payroll taxes for these few states and localities.
- HR compliance has improved greatly with TriNet
- Employees are much happier with the benefits as well as the cost of benefits

we did not join trinet until after pandemic
I feel that they have the right balance of service and price. Not trying to overdeliver with an expensive product, deliver the services we need at a price we can afford.
