Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet to manage our payroll, travel and entertainment expenses as well as all of our benefit programs. We have approximately 57 employees and manage payroll and benefits on our own was resource expensive and our benefit costs were extremely expensive. Going to TriNet reduced our administrative burden as well as lowered our overall benefit costs to both the company and to the employees.
  • Payroll
  • Payroll tax administration
  • Benefit management
  • Some state and local payroll taxes require some intervention from us would be nice if they handled 100% of the payroll taxes for these few states and localities.
  • HR compliance has improved greatly with TriNet
  • Employees are much happier with the benefits as well as the cost of benefits
  • Reduced administrative costs for finance and accounting
Very easy to use and intuitive. Online instructions and tutorials are excellent, and if all else fails online chat and customer support are very responsive.
Online tools are great, and if that does not work online chat works well and if all else fails our contact person can always point us in the right direction to get assistance.
we did not join trinet until after pandemic
I feel that they have the right balance of service and price. Not trying to overdeliver with an expensive product, deliver the services we need at a price we can afford.

Do you think TriNet delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with TriNet's feature set?

Yes

Did TriNet live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of TriNet go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy TriNet again?

Yes

TriNet is definitely well suited for smaller organizations (sub 100 employees) and their HR support is good considering that it's all online. I did recommend TriNet to one company in Wisconsin, but they came back and said they were concerned that healthcare options were limited for Wisconsin from TriNet do they stayed with their current vendor. if you had better options for Wisconsin based employees they would have likely switched. they have about 110 employees.
