My Payroll and Customer Relationship Manager are both awesome, helpful and super responsive. Service from the chat service and/or connect 360 is spotty.
TriNet is easy to work with, but their HRIS is limited.
  • Enabled HR to focus on strategic, value added projects
  • Enabled company to offer wider range of benefits with favorable pricing--something I couldn't get as a stand-alone company.
Kept us up to date on compliance, helped with automated reporting for federal programs like PPP loan, etc.

By partnering with TriNet I been able to keep my HR staff to a minimum while being able focus on highly leveraged and strategic matters. I don't have to worry about back-office HR things.
