Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

WW use TriNet for two different payroll cycles and also for our short term disability, tax filing, W2 mailings, benefit selection, to track PTO and holidays, expense reimbursement, and reports.
  • tracking and accruing PTO.
  • Short term disability.
  • Payroll processing.
  • Customer service.
  • I would like to get notices of the 3PSP amounts to verify with my calculation.
  • I wish the payroll adjs did not have to be submitted 5 days before the payroll.
  • Sometimes the payroll register takes hours to be sent back to me to review before I can approve the payroll.
Trinet has several ways to get help with a question. I can call in, email, do live chat, call my customer rep, or use the helpful tool on each screen.
TriNet is very easy to use; from my first day on the new product, I was able to flow through the screens.

  • Watches salary increments to stay HR and EEO complaint.
  • Has a great EEO report built in.
  • Quick turnaround of employee payroll/HR changes entered.
They have stayed open and accessible for all of our questions. They have made sure we tracked and received the Care Credit and Retention Credit from our taxes.

It is a very easy payroll source to use with email and phone contact for support, as well as a dedicated rep.
