Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet to manage our payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance. As a small business developing products, most of our time is spent on manufacturing and marketing, leaving little time for back-office formalities, which are obviously very important. TriNet's online access makes it easy to ensure we are staying up to speed with the things that need to be done to ensure the business runs smoothly.
  • Payroll - this is seamless for us and allows us to make adjustments as needed.
  • Benefits Administration - allows us to attract the right talent.
  • Compliance - workers compensation and state filings are made easy.
  • Allowing unpaid employees access to make requests on behalf of the company.
We don't need to use the Customer Service features often, but when we do, the team is quick to respond and very knowledgeable about our needs. Once again, making our time in the system minimal allows us to focus on growing our business.
The platform is very easy to use, but certain processes don't feel as streamlined as they could be. I'm sure there are reasons for the additional steps but ensuring they are remembered each time they are used can cause errors. Overall, it's very intuitive.

TriNet allows us to run our business without the distractions of HR management. It has been on cruise control since we began and ensures the "people" side of our business is run to a standard that any large company would use. As our needs grow, our use of TriNet will also grow, and it feels good to know there is plenty of room for expansion.
