Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We are extremely happy with TriNet! We use TriNet for all of our HR support needs. They are pros at helping us with the benefits package we offer our employees. We have employees in all 50 states and overseas, and TriNet is our go-to for individual state laws and taxes. The TriNet platform is also super user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons

  • More pre made reports in Workforce Analytics
  • Policy acknowledgements for employees seems to be difficult
My TriNet contacts are always eager to help. The communication between myself and TriNet has always been positive and productive. I have worked with TriNet to develop our AAP and received a deep dive into our employee base and what we should be striving for as a company.
The TriNet platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I do wish policy acknowledgments were easier for employees. Before the platform upgrade, when a new policy was posted, employees would receive a pop-up with a link to go directly to the policy that needed review. I wish this function would return.

They have provided real-time updates on state and federal laws. They were available to help answer any questions in relation to COVID-19 and employee issues.

TriNet is wonderful. My specific TriNet contacts are always more than responsive and eager to help with any request. TriNet is extremely well-suited when it comes to HR-specific duties. These are things like benefit negotiations and elections, hiring and terminating employees, and educational training modules for employees.
