Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

As our HR dept payroll and related taxes, employee benefits programs, workers comp insurance regulations.
  • Payroll and payroll taxes.
  • Providing employee benefits and managing them throughout the year.
  • I am challenged finding some payroll reports.
We used to have a dedicated person and phone number who knew our company thoroughly and now we have to call an 800 and speak to people who are less familiar with us.
web site is very navigatable and contains way more information than I can use
  • We are so small we don't have need and don't use most of the offerings.
Updates on changing laws and regulations.

We spoke with a few competitors and decided TriNet was best for us. Have not been disappointed.
Essential for small companies that can't employ HR managers and handle all the records and withholding taxes.
