Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet for our payroll, hiring, benefits and employee management.
  • Ease of reporting on data.
  • Excellent updates to SMB's on important issues to them.
  • 360 Chat is super helpful for quick questions.
  • Improved searchable knowledge base to research questions before asking for support.
Connect 360 is very helpful in getting most questions resolved.
The platform is relatively easy to use for employees as well as managers/system managers.
  • Payroll accuracy.
  • HR Compliance.
  • Recruitment.
Great videos; options to save money on renewal of the agreement.

For small, straightforward companies, TriNet is an excellent solution. When companies get larger and/or more complex in terms of employee reporting structures, special allowance requirements for federal contractors; corporate structures, and international staff; I've seen that become more difficult for them to handle.
